By accessing or using Crolyzer at crolyzer.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description
Crolyzer is an automated B2C tool that analyzes a public webpage URL submitted by a user and provides an informational report (SEO, conversion, performance, trust) with a score. A one-time payment unlocks the full report.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You represent and warrant that: you are legally able to enter into this agreement; you will only submit URLs you own or are authorized to audit; you will not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity, including unauthorized scanning, interference, or attempts to disrupt systems. We may suspend or block access for misuse.

3. No Professional Advice; Automated Output
The Service provides automated, informational output only. It is not legal, financial, cybersecurity, marketing, or other professional advice. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case.

4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles checkout, billing, and buyer payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. Crolyzer does not collect or store buyer payment details.

5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under this policy: Full refund within 14 days if an audit fails or returns an inconclusive result due to a system error. Otherwise, because the report is a digital product delivered instantly, sales are final. Subjective dissatisfaction with the score or recommendations is not eligible for a refund if the report was delivered correctly.

6. Intellectual Property
Crolyzer retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including brand, methods, models, software, and site content. You own or control your submitted URL rights as applicable. As between you and Crolyzer, your generated report is licensed to you for internal/business use; you may share it at your discretion. Crolyzer may use de-identified, aggregated service analytics to operate and improve the Service.

7. Availability; Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROLYZER'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC REPORT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. CROLYZER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Crolyzer harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of the Operator's residence, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Operator's state of residence, United States, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Effective Date" will reflect updates. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
